- Builders Risk Insurance is a type of property insurance that covers builders and owners for projects under construction. Builders Risk Insurance provides coverage on an "all risk" basis including theft and vandalism. Builders Risk does not cover losses before the project starts or after completion.

- Commercial Auto Insurance provides liability coverage for autos owned by your company. This insurance will provide coverage for you and any additional insured named on the policy for your work vehicles. The coverage is similar to the personal auto policy and may include comprehensive and collision coverage. Additional coverage may be added by endorsement.

- Workers Compensation or employers liability provides coverage for an employee that may be injured while in the course of employment. Coverage provides medical, disability, loss of wages, and death benefits. By law, any employer that has employees must have workers compensation insurance.

- Contractors Equipment Insurance provides coverage for equipment on an "all risk" basis including theft and vandalism. Additional coverage for tools and materials may be added by endorsement.
